Youth Business University (YBU) is a 501 (c) 3 organization and received consent for name reservation from the Postsecondary Education Commission of Georgia. 

We are also a relevant comprehensive youth organization simulating a "University" designed to educate, elevate, empower, encourage, energize, engage, enrich, equip, and expand today's global youth.

Our motto is to train and develop future CEO’s, executives, professionals, entrepreneurs, motivational speakers, spiritual leaders, community activists, financial advisers, doctors, scientists, engineers, technologists, artists, mathematicians, politicians, college and professional athletes, and leaders with a global mindset.

YBU is different compared to other youth organizations because we are about relevant results and outcome for all youth from elementary school youth to senior citizens.

Since December 2010, Youth Business University has served elementary school, middle school, high school, and college students along with parents/adults and senior citizens in the following areas:

YOUTH MARKET YBU SERVES

Youth Business University will interact with the education, foster care, church, youth organization, juvenile justice, adult organization, and government communities to locate youth facing life challenges and assess how our programs can have the greatest impact. 

Our "Main Mission" includes concentrating on serving the needs of "ALL YOUTH" including youth from low to high income families seeking life opportunities, traditionally underrepresented and underserved youth, youth with a high risk for academic failure, youth who are in foster care or who are aging out of the foster care system, disconnected youth, youth from families in which neither parent holds a bachelor's degree, homeless youth, youth at-risk, youth living in single parent homes, youth growing up in poverty, youth coping with parental incarceration, disabled youth, youth in a gang, and special needs youth.Youth Business University (YBU) is a relevant comprehensive youth organization simulating a "University" designed to educate, elevate, empower, encourage, energize, engage, enrich, equip, and expand today's global youth.

Although Youth Branding University was established in December 2010, the Founder and CEO of the organization, Jeffery D. Henderson, has been advocating on behalf of youth and providing youth related services since he was 15 years old when he spoke at Harvard University at the National Council of State Committees for Youth Helping Youth, resulting in a combined 35 plus years of experience focusing on youth.

Overall, the Youth Branding University’s vision is to provide superior quality services, resources, and global practical and applicable training to elementary, middle, high school, and college students along with their engaged parents by partnering with school systems PTA’s, colleges and universities, non-profit organizations, churches, governmental agencies, and businesses. Examples are:

We are the premier training solution and professional development organization with tailored seminars and courses designed for our “talented” youth along with their “engaged” parents. Although Youth Business University was established in December 2010, the Founder and CEO of the organization, Jeffery D. The mission is to provide comprehensive youth seminars, Webcasts, podcasts, regular media avenues, social medial, internet TV, and white papers for youth and adultson a holistic scale comprised similar training concepts and practices of Dale Carnegie Training, America Management Association, Franklin Covey, Wilson Learning, and the Center for Creative Leadership that meet today’s youth challenges.    

 goal of Youth Business University is to reach over 100,000 youths and adults from 2012-2014 via live seminars, conferences, events, Webcasts, podcasts, media outlets including social media, internet TV, website, and white papers.

In the past 2 years plus, Youth Business University has impacted thousands of youths and their parents along with the community at large. Likewise, the Founder and CEO has motivated over fifty thousand youths and their families over the past 35+ years through training, education, and events.

   

Listed below you will find our goals for from 2012 to 2014:

• Educating over 100,000 youths, families, and individuals as it relates to relevant issues facing their lives and preparing them to effective citizens globally. We plan to accomplish this via classroom instructions, seminars, conferences, forums, events, podcasts, and webinars.

• Educating youths, parents, and individuals to become more financially intelligent and assisting 1,000 students in opening savings accounts. 

 

The core values that govern the growth, development, and future of Youth Business University include:

  • Operating in accordance with the highest ethical standards in all relationships with students, parents, volunteers, corporate sponsors, patrons, government agencies, and non-profit organizations.
  • Fostering a learning environment of creativity, innovation and customer service satisfaction amongst the Youth Branding University Team, and aggressively pursuing a high standard of excellence and superior quality in all we do.
