STRATEGIC NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION COLLECTIVE IMPACT PARTNERS BOARD

For an organization to become a Strategic Collective Impact Partner Member, they must meet the following requirements: 

  • Complete a Strategic Collective Impact Member's Application.
  • Commit to a common agenda for solving a complex social problem(s) involving youth and young adults.
  • Agree on the ways success will be measured and reported with a short list of common indicators identified and used for learning and improvement.
  • Agree on mutually reinforcing activities and plan of action with a diverse set of stakeholders, typically across sectors, coordinate a set of differentiated activities.
  • Continuously communciate to all engaged stakeholders in frequent and structured open communication to build trust, assure mutual objectives, and create common motivation.
  • Assist in providing backbone support as related to an independent, funded staff dedicated to the initiative of obtaining ongoing support by guiding initiative's vision and strategy, supporting aligned activities, establishing shared measurement practices, building public will, advancing policy, and mobilizing resources.
  • Attend a Strategic Collective Impact Member's Training Class
  • Complete the YBU Collaborative Partnership Self-Company Assessment Form (Parts 1 -4)
  • Has a 501 c 3 Non-Profit Organization Status/Fiscal Agent or is willing for Youth Business Univesity to be their organization's fiscal agent.
  • All state, county, and local business licienses must be current
  • Georgia Charitable Solicitations Act Charitable Organization Registration is current
  • All financial statements are current and an outside auditor has certified all statements
  • No legal or pending judments against the organization.
  • Agree to establishing a posititve business and working relationship with Youth Business University by completing at least one capital funding campaign and/or event with Youth Business University.
  • Agree to research and writing collaborative gants together.

COLLABORATIVE NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION ALLIANCE PARTNERS BOARD

For an organization to become a Collaborative Alliance Partner Member, they must meet the following requirements:

  • Complete a Collaborative Allance Partners Member's Application and pay membership fee of $100 or provide in-kind deed services of $500 as related to Youth Business University.
  • Commit to a common agenda for solving social problem involving youth and young adults
  • Agree on the ways success will be measured and reported with a short list of common indicators identified and used for learning and improvement.
  • Agree on a plan of action with Youth Business Uiversity.
  • Frequently communciate with Youth Business University as related to a structured open communication in order to build trust, assure mutual objectives, and create common motivation.
  • Attend a Strategic Collective Alliance Partners Member's Training Class

  • All state, county, and local business licienses must be current
  • Georgia Charitable Solicitations Act Charitable Organization Registration is current
  • All financial statements are current and an outside auditor has certified all statements if organization is 3 years or older
  • No legal or pending judgments against the organization.
  • Establish a positive business and working relationship with Youth Business University by completing at least one capital funding campaign (excluding collaborative grant-writing opportinuties with Youth Business Univeesity) and/or event with Youth Business University per year.
