Kenetta KellyYouth Business University is proud to announce and welcome Kenetta Kelly Muhammad as our new Girls High School Basketball Team Assistant Coach and will be reporting to YBU's Girls High School Basketball Team Executive Head Coach Hula Broughton. 

Coach Muhammad brings with her 4 high school student athletes to the team which brings the YBU team to 14 players.

Coach Muhammad is serving her second year as Mercer's Director of Basketball Operations.  With the Bears, she handles day-to-day operations and travel planning while also serving as the team's video coordinator. 

Prior to Mercer, Coach Muhammad worked with the NBA League Office, where she served in various capacities for two years.  While with the NBA League Office, Coach Muhammad most recently worked as the WNBA Basketball Operations Department Assistant, reporting to the WNBA Chief of Basketball Operations and Player Personnel.

Before her work at the NBA League Office, Coach Muhammad worked as an assistant coach for the Long Island Wave/Panthers AAU team while also completing internships with the NBA and the Connecticut Sun of the WNBA.   During her collegiate years, she also spent time as a Market Research Analyst Intern at Full Circle Sports in Stamford, Conn. 

Coach Muhammad graduated from Post University in Waterbury, Conn, in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science Degree.  After suffering an ACL tear in high school, she attended North Carolina AT&T before transferring to Cecil Community College in Northeast, MD.  While at Cecil, she averaged 12 points and nine assists per game and helped the team to a 24-4 record.

After leading Cecil to the Maryland JUCO State Championship runner-up finish, she transferred to Post University.  Coach Muhammad suffered another ACL tear and only saw action in 15 games while at Post.

Youth Business University is proud to announce and welcome Christopher Paul DiLorenzo as our new Youth General Manager and Athletics Director. DiLenrenzo will oversee and be responsible for all YBU Athletics Operations, Programs and Training, including strength and conditioning.

 DiLorenzo played four years of professional baseball three of which were with the Kansas City Royals and the other one with the Jacksonville Suns.  He is a graduate of the University of Georgia.

Currently,  DiLorenzo is the President of The James Paul Group, a sales consulting and training firm that specializes in the banking industry.  In his 30+ years of bank consulting, he has assisted thousands of bankers by increasing market share, efficiency and profitability.  His extensive background includes strategic planning, recruiting, team building, strategic account management, market and competitive analysis, consulting and training.

 DiLorenzo has been a speaker and instructor for many bank and marketing associations including: Mississippi Bankers Association, American Bankers Association, Independent Community Bankers Association of America, Georgia Bankers Association, Community Bankers Association of Georgia, The Bank Holding Company Inc., The North Dakota Bankers Association and The Center for Financial Training.
